LDR Survival Guide

Long distance relationships are so difficult.   W/we hope to give those of You who are living in an LDR the hope and encouragement to make it through, especially if You believe that  You're meant to be together.  Nothing just happens,  relationships work because the two involved are committed to making it work.  W/we hope W/we can be a source of inspiration.  :)

The important of Contact

Being in an LDR can be a real strain on your heart and emotions.  But there ARE things an LDR couple can do to make the distance feel not so HUGE.   Communication and contact is a big part,  a MAJOR part in fact, of the success of an LDR.   Without contact, it becomes very hard to stay connected.  Some couples need less contact than others, but the key is to find the right amount of contact for you both as a couple.

my Master knows that i need a LOT of contact.  More than most people need.  He wants a lot of contact as well, so that works well for us.  We are almost always in contact...IMs all day and evening, telephone calls every day, skype every night before bed, emails, texts.  You name it, we're doing it.   It keeps us close, it keeps up connected and it just makes the distance feel so much closer.

So remember one of the first things on the LDR survivial guide "to do" list is CONTACT!! :)
